From Door to Door follows the journey of Socrates, a young man raised in a turbulent environment filled with chaos and contradictions. Caught between family pressures, a flawed education system, and conflicting social influences, he navigates a series of experiences that shape his character and fuel his search for identity and belonging.
From childhood struggles and poor upbringing to school challenges, romantic relationships, and university life, the play presents a humorous yet thought-provoking portrayal of the realities faced by many young people today.
Through sharp satire and comedy, From Door to Door exposes social issues such as ignorance, hypocrisy, materialism, and the identity crisis experienced by an entire generation living within a deeply flawed social structure.
A key influence in Socrates’ life is Al Eter, a close friend whose negative influence repeatedly leads him toward poor decisions and reckless behaviour. Their relationship reflects the internal conflict many young people face between peer pressure and the pursuit of self-discovery.
Combining comedy with a powerful social message, From Door to Door offers an entertaining and meaningful theatrical experience that raises important questions about education, identity, and the impact of one’s environment on shaping the future.
